Keeping the music fresh might not seem  important but creating a great atmosphere and experience is  a priority to us at CrossFit Northland. While we subscribe to variety int he workout, we also do not want you to become bored with the music as well. We need your help in developing playlists to listen to while we increase fitness levels and capacity for work. Reply with any request and we will mix them into the workout playlists. Also, bring your iPod or iPhone with a playlist and we will gladly use it for any workout. With no suggestions we will be forced to play songs from Yo Gabba Gabba or love ballads from the 80's.
