Cancellation

Sometimes life gets in the way and you need to cancel your gym membership. We’re sorry to see you go and hope that you’ll join us again in the future.

At CFN, we have a 15 day cancellation policy. If for some reason you need to cancel your membership, we ask that you do so by the 15th of the current month. Any requests to cancel memberships after the 15th will be charged for the following month. There will be no exceptions to this policy. While we understand things happen in life, this policy gives us the appropriate time to properly process your cancellation. Additionally, members will be required to complete a cancellation form to complete their request. This will need to be completed by the 15th as well.
