When and how did you get started at CFN?
I started by doing personal training with Pope in 2015. As he transitioned into the CFN community, he introduced me to CrossFit and CFN. Once I obtained my Level 1 certification I was offered a coaching spot at CFN in 2016 and have been here ever since!
Name one thing in your life you are currently thankful for:
I am thankful for my wife, for my close circle of friends, the gym community, and the little gaggle of birds that come to our front yard.

What’s your favorite food?
Cereal. The best bowl of cereal is mixing Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Life, and Frosted Mini-Wheats. It’s a great post workout.
Would you rather spend a weekend in the mountains or at the beach?
The mountains. My choice for anything is always the mountains.
What’s your favorite type of CrossFit workout?
Anything that has power cleans and doesn’t have wall-balls.
