Biometrics
We'll perform pre- InBody scans and sit down to discuss your individual goals and determine the unique nutrition prescription you'll follow for the five weeks. Following the course, we'll also complete a post- InBody scan so that we can monitor all of the skeletal muscle put on.
Hypertrophy Training
The in-person training will be 60-75 min sessions where we hammer all things muscle growth. We will be following hypertrophy training programming that focuses on developing and increasing
Nutrition Coaching
Every participant will receive 1-on-1 nutrition coaching from a certified nutrition coach focused on individual goals.
Accountability
Participants can expect several weekly touch points for additional accountability related to fitness and nutrition.
