When and how did you get started at CFN?

I started at CFN at the beginning of 2013 when I first moved to Kansas City. I had previously been working out at the campus rec center doing group fitness classes and was looking for something a little more challenging. CrossFit was A LOT more challenging. 

Name one thing you are currently thankful for:

I am thankful for my husband and the wonderful life we are building together.

Who is one person who inspires you and how?

Lindsey Osborn, Laura Bruce, Kristen Sollars, the list goes on. I am surrounded by strong women that are oozing love and compassion for everyone around them all while kicking butt at taking care of themselves physically, spiritually, and emotionally. 

What’s your favorite food?

I love potatoes. Baked potatoes with Greek yogurt and ketchup is the BEST!

Would you rather spend a weekend at the beach or the mountains?

I love them both, but I think I would pick the mountains because they can be enjoyed year -round. 

What is your favorite CrossFit girl’s workout?

I really like Helen and Mary.
