  1. Lack of mobility – especially in the thoracic spine or shoulder capsule.
  2. Poor control – scapula and rotator cuff muscles not doing their job.
  3. Faulty movement mechanics – how you press, pull, and load matters.

Safer pressing & pulling mechanics so your reps don’t just feel good, they look good

10-minute at-home plan to maintain mobility and reinforce your new movement patterns
