Who is Revive Moms for?

This is a class that is set up to function as a small group personal training session with a dedicated trained and certified coach to guide you through workouts that will involve breathing, stretching and functional strength training for before and after birth to optimize and empower you on this journey into and through motherhood.

Pregnant Moms

During pregnancy there is so much our bodies can do at a level that is beyond baseline. Not only can you still train, but you can get strong and ready for birth and the postpartum phase

Postpartum Moms

If you have already given birth and are looking to safely heal and return to fitness or are having some dysfunction or pain during exercise, there are still so many things we can do to promote healing and function in just a few focused sessions.

Beyond Postpartum Moms

Many women just laugh off chronic issues, like peeing when jumping or sneezing and assume there is nothing that can be done about it. Nothing could be further from the truth! It's never too late to correct these types of chronic issues.

Tuesday & Thursdays at 10:15-11:00 or 4:15-5:00pm. Children are welcome to join. Consultation is required before participating.
